A customer-directed process

How paperwork assistance moves from scope check to submission

The process is designed to keep category choices, answers, signatures, agency payments, and final submission under customer control.

Choose and confirm availability

Select the service you already understand. Share your state, preferred language, and a short non-sensitive description so availability can be checked.

Approve scope and terms

Receive the included work, exclusions, service fee, payment timing, file-handling method, and any appointment terms in writing.

Attend the assistance session

Provide facts and choices. India Desk on Demand performs only the approved clerical and technical work while you control accounts and decisions.

Review, sign, pay, and submit

Check every entry and file. You sign where required, pay government or third-party fees, and complete the final submission.

Written before commitment

The service unit should be clear enough to audit

  • Selected service and customer state
  • Included clerical or technical deliverables
  • Exclusions and referral triggers
  • Service fee and separate third-party costs
  • Revision or follow-up limits, when applicable
  • Secure file method and deletion expectations, when sensitive files are needed
Four-step secure document process: scope approval, secure upload, customer-directed work, and deletion confirmation
No public upload form is used.

Customer control

You choose the service and category, provide facts, approve every answer, control your account, review the final materials, sign, and submit.

Operator responsibility

India Desk on Demand follows the approved scope, uses published instructions, avoids legal judgment, protects sensitive documents, and stops when referral is required.

Straight answers

Process questions

Do I send documents before my appointment is approved?

No. Start with a non-sensitive scope request. Secure upload instructions are provided only when the scope is approved and sensitive files are actually needed.

Who selects the application category?

The customer does, using official instructions or qualified advice. India Desk on Demand does not select categories.

Who controls government accounts and submissions?

The customer controls the account, reviews every entry, signs where required, pays agency fees, and submits directly.

What causes the normal process to stop?

A request for eligibility advice, answer selection, legal judgment, disputed records, representation, or another excluded matter triggers manual review or referral.

Is an appointment automatically confirmed when I email?

No. An email or call starts a scope and availability check. Confirmation occurs only after the service is accepted in writing.
