Referral triggers

Stop the normal workflow when judgment is required

Manual review or referral is required when a request involves a prior refusal, overstay, arrest, custody dispute, name discrepancy, citizenship dispute, adoption, legal evidence, a government notice, an appeal, a waiver, a status question, or a request for a recommended answer.

India Desk on Demand does not offer USCIS petition preparation, citizenship, green-card, status-change, waiver, affidavit-of-support, response-to-notice, appeal, or representation work.
